More and more multi-national companies are halting their operations in Russia, with US brands Coca-Cola, Pepsi and McDonald’s all pulling down the shutters for now.

The rouble has collapsed in value as the global economic sanctions imposed against Moscow begin to bite and tens of thousands of Russians have left the country.
